Company Overview: PSR Solutions is collaborating with a reputable organization in the Civil Engineering industry to find a skilled Managing Quantity Surveyor. This position is integral to the Commercial team and is offered on a permanent basis.

Role Location: This position will be situated in Wales, focusing on projects within the Water and Waste Water infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the comprehensive commercial processes and contractual requirements associated with the projects.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of all contractual obligations and commercial risks prior to tender submissions.
  • Enhance cash flow management, including Work In Progress (WIP) control and the development of improvement plans for all projects.
  • Identify and provide guidance on insurance-related matters, including Professional Indemnity (PI), and ensure that margin improvement strategies are established for each project.

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial discipline.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, with a strong capability in managing extensive data sets.
  • Demonstrated experience in the Water Sector, encompassing both Clean and Waste Water projects.
