About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Project & Programme Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work driven by excellence and doing the right thing.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate cost plans and estimates for projects across various sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define client and stakeholder needs.
- Analyse data to produce reports that promote value for money and identify trends and cost drivers.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Champion innovation within the organisation and with clients.
- Support the development of tools and dashboards to represent unit cost analyses.
- Liaise with stakeholders to develop ideas for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in commercial roles and functions for large capital programmes.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to present complex data in an easily understandable format.
