The School Administrative Coordinator is integral in fostering a secure and supportive environment for students within the educational institution.

This role encompasses the management and upkeep of effective safeguarding and administrative protocols, delivering essential support to the office team, and ensuring adherence to all pertinent policies and regulations.

The School Administrative Coordinator serves as a primary contact for safeguarding and administrative inquiries, collaborating with both internal and external parties to uphold the safety of all students.

This role is designed as a long-term opportunity, allowing candidates to assess the suitability of the school environment before making a commitment.
Compensation ranges from £13 to £15 per hour, with an enhanced DBS on the update service required for this full-time position.
Responsibilities include the implementation and oversight of the school's safeguarding policies and procedures in alignment with statutory guidelines and best practices.

  • Stay informed about current safeguarding legislation and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance within the institution.
Maintain precise and confidential records of safeguarding cases, adhering to data protection regulations.

  • Registration necessitates an enhanced DBS check, identity verification, and the provision of strong professional references.
