YOUR ROLE AS DEPUTY MANAGER:
  • Utilize your management skills to assist the General Manager in the daily operations of the establishment, stepping in as Duty Manager in their absence.
  • Employ your communication abilities to train and motivate your team to deliver exceptional food, beverages, and service.
  • Serve as a role model, guiding the development of your team members.
