Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Compliance Team to facilitate the execution of processes and protocols that ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the completion of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) tasks, including the evaluation and due diligence of corporate clients, such as private and public limited companies.
  • Conduct thorough reviews, investigations, and provide feedback to the organization regarding any regulatory infractions.
  • Support the continuous assessment and review of relevant regulatory and industry changes.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare compliance-related management information for distribution to a diverse audience, including senior management, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Assist in the review, upkeep, and organization of compliance policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Contribute to the preparation and delivery of scheduled compliance training sessions.
  • Engage in various compliance-related projects as directed by the Senior Financial Crime and Compliance Manager.
  • Review documentation for legally privileged content and other exempted material under the Right of Subject Access.
  • Maintain regulatory and compliance registers.
