Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about making a significant impact in the community.

With a solid background in financial management and bookkeeping, you will possess a keen affinity for numbers and spreadsheets, along with exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Working in close collaboration with the Director, you will oversee the financial operations of the organization, which includes:

Weekly Tasks:
- Processing invoices
- Managing payments
- Handling petty cash
- Conducting bank deposits and reconciliations

Monthly Tasks:
- Compiling payroll
- Creating management accounts and financial reports
- Assisting Project Managers with financial analysis
- Reporting to the Director and Trustees

Annual Tasks:
- Preparing budgets
- Submitting financial returns
- Reporting at the Annual General Meeting
- Collaborating with the accountancy firm for financial audits

Ad Hoc Responsibilities:
- Providing financial support for events
- Developing budgets and addressing other financial inquiries.

As a vital member of the Operational Management team, you will provide financial insights and guidance to support the organization in achieving its mission and ensuring sustainability.

Work Hours:
This position requires 21-28 hours per week, primarily during weekdays.

Annual Leave:
Enjoy 25 days of holiday per year, in addition to public holidays, pro rata.

Probationary Period:
The role will be subject to a 3-month probationary period.
