Contract Manager

Project People is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our Sales & Commercial Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering successful contract execution and management for our power as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Coverage as a Service (CaaS) contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee a portfolio of active contracts for PaaS, IaaS, and CaaS solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and service level agreement (SLA) adherence.
- Evaluate contract proposals and provide strategic recommendations to drive revenue growth and optimize contract life-cycle management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts and New Business Managers, to ensure seamless contract execution and effective communication among all parties involved.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and provide strategic guidance to senior leaders and customer stakeholders.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, managing issues proactively and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- 3-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
- Proficient in contract management methodologies and best practices.
- Strong understanding of the mobile infrastructure landscape and ability to analyze contract data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage customer expectations.
- Highly analytical and data-driven approach, with a self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
