Health and Safety Directorate Lead Administrator

This position provides comprehensive administrative support to the Health & Safety Directorate (HSD), including line managing the department Administrator. The post holder will ensure efficiency in service levels and health & safety compliance across the University.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Administrator for the Health & Safety / Fire Safety team
- Coordinate training administration for all H&S accredited courses delivered by the directorate
- Manage and develop the HSD website content
- Lead on administration for any new H&S software packages
This is a busy and varied role, requiring the ability to work to tight deadlines and learn new systems and procedures rapidly. The post holder must have excellent organisational skills and a responsive, flexible attitude.
About the DepartmentThe Health & Safety Directorate provides a comprehensive advisory health, safety, and fire safety service to all Queen Mary University of London staff and students. The Health and Safety Administrator supports the HSD Team in achieving this objective.
