About the Role

This role provides comprehensive administrative support to the Health & Safety Directorate (HSD), ensuring efficiency in service levels and health & safety compliance across the University. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Lead Administrator for the Health & Safety / Fire Safety team,
  2. Coordinating training administration for all H&S accredited courses the directorate delivers,
  3. Managing and developing the HSD website content, and
  4. Leading on administration for any new H&S software packages.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a responsive and flexible attitude, and the ability to interpret and analyse data to support effective reporting of information to senior University staff.

About the Department

The Health & Safety Directorate provides a comprehensive advisory health, safety, and fire safety service to all Queen Mary University of London staff and students. The Health and Safety Administrator supports the HSD Team in achieving this objective.
