Position Overview

Field-Based M&E Engineer - Competitive Salary & Travel Allowance

We are seeking a skilled Field-Based M&E Engineer with a solid background in building services maintenance. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Compensation and Benefits

The following package is available for the right candidate:

  • Salary: Competitive
  • Travel: Travel card (zones 1-6)
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Overtime: Unlimited optional overtime
