Your responsibilities will include assisting with various tasks assigned to you, ensuring they are executed with precision and care. This role is ideal for recent school or university graduates seeking their first experience in the commercial domain within the telecommunications sector.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Support Specialist, your primary duties will encompass –
- Assisting in the management of daily commercial and contractual operations
- Supporting the administration of NEC4 Contracts
- Preparing Applications for Payment and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Evaluating Subcontractor Applications for Payment
- Facilitating compensation events
- Assessing compensation events submitted by subcontractors
- Assisting with final accounting processes
- Coordinating the procurement of subcontractors and services
- Updating daily measures in the productivity tracker.
- Monitoring and updating CEMAR – including instructions from Project Managers and cost updates for compensation events.
- Conducting final measure checks against submitted Applications for Payment.
- Gathering measures and home counts for Applications for Payment.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A strong desire to learn new skills, including site remeasures
- Clear and concise communication abilities
- Proficient in researching and applying relevant legislation
Essential Requirements:
- Eagerness to learn new systems and processes
- Proficient in Excel and IT applications
- Data-driven mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with the telecommunications infrastructure sector is advantageous
