Electro-Mechanical Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Equipment Specialist to join our team at Orion Electrotech Sales. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing installation, maintenance, and fault-finding support to customers across Europe and occasionally the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers through installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and technical support
  • Fault-finding and repairing electromechanical issues at customer sites
  • Working to solve complex problems both internally and with customers
  • Escalation of technical issues to the management team
  • Providing support to customers, assisting and responding to remote technical requests
  • Supporting the quality team to identify root cause failures on products

Requirements:

  • A customer-focused Service Engineer with a proven background in a Service Engineering / Field Service Engineer capacity
  • Fault-finding / diagnosing faults on electro-mechanical industrial / capital equipment
  • Multi-skilled
  • The ability to travel to sites internationally on a regular basis
