Electromechanical Equipment Specialist

Orion Electrotech Sales Careers is seeking a talented Electromechanical Equipment Specialist to provide first-class troubleshooting and repair support to a range of high-value electro-mechanical equipment based within customer sites across the UK and Europe.

This is a varied, Field Service Engineering role with responsibility for providing installation, maintenance, and fault-finding support to customers across primarily Europe and occasionally the US to ensure the highest level of service for Orion Electrotech Sales Careers' range of high-value, bespoke capital equipment.

As an Electromechanical Equipment Specialist, you will effectively install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair electromechanical capital equipment, delivering an effective end-user experience.

You will also use your expertise during new product installations and commissioning to train and support customers.

Key accountabilities as an Electromechanical Equipment Specialist will include:

  • Supporting key customers through installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and technical support.
  • Fault-finding and repairing electromechanical equipment to ensure minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Providing technical support and training to customers on the use and maintenance of Orion Electrotech Sales Careers' equipment.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

This is a contract role with a 3-6 month rolling contract, with immediate start available.

International travel is required, mainly Europe (Monday to Friday).
