About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and self-sufficient Asbestos Surveyor to join our client's busy commercial team. Our client is a successful independently run Asbestos Consultancy that delivers high-quality Asbestos surveying, consultancy, and project management services to a broad range of clients in the public and private sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct asbestos surveys and air monitoring to identify potential asbestos-containing materials
  • Develop and implement asbestos removal management plans
  • Provide expert advice on UK asbestos legislation and regulations
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their asbestos-related needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in asbestos surveying and management
Requirements
  • BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualification
  • Proven industry experience in asbestos surveying and air monitoring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of air monitoring, clearance testing, and asbestos removal management
  • Good IT skills and experience in using project management systems
What We Offer
