Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and self-sufficient Asbestos Surveyor to join our client's busy commercial team. Our client is a successful independently run Asbestos Consultancy that delivers high-quality Asbestos surveying, consultancy, and project management services to a broad range of clients in the public and private sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct asbestos surveys and air monitoring to identify and assess asbestos-containing materials
- Develop and implement asbestos removal management plans
- Provide expert advice on asbestos legislation and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their asbestos-related needs and develop tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
- BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualification
- Proven industry experience in asbestos surveying and air monitoring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of UK asbestos legislation and regulations
- Good IT skills and experience with TEAMS systems
