Real Estate Planning Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Planning Solicitor to join our team at Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment. The successful candidate will work alongside leading Planning lawyers advising on landmark projects across a diverse range of sectors.

About the Role

The Planning Solicitor will be required to provide guidance on planning and environmental matters related to real estate, corporate, and financing transactions. This includes conducting due diligence, preparing comprehensive reports, and negotiating key contractual provisions such as planning and environmental warranties, indemnities, and conditions precedent and subsequent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on planning and environmental matters related to real estate, corporate, and financing transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Negotiate key contractual provisions.
  • Work alongside leading Planning lawyers on landmark projects.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years PQE.
  • Strong understanding of English planning system and environmental regulations.
  • Experience of planning appeals and inquiries.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
