Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Associate to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Senior Real Estate Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice and managing a diverse portfolio of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage complex real estate transactions from inception to completion.
* Provide expert legal advice on commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing.
* Collaborate with partners and supervise junior associates, providing mentorship and guidance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
* Liaise with other departments within the firm to offer comprehensive legal services.
* Ensure compliance with legal regulations and firm policies in all transactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Qualified Solicitor with at least 5+ years of PQE in Real Estate law, ideally in a reputable firm.
* Proven experience handling high-value, complex commercial property transactions.
* Strong knowledge of real estate law, including landlord/tenant, development, and investment property matters.
* Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships and deliver commercial solutions.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide junior team members.
* Commercially driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
