Become a vital member of a dedicated and expert team delivering Urology Services to a varied community. This position entails involvement in a rotational on-call system alongside fellow consultants. The service is committed to providing cutting-edge stone treatment methods and is preparing to implement Robotic Surgery to enhance patient outcomes.
Primary Duties:
- Independently oversee patient management
- Engage in the urology on-call roster
- Deliver both emergency and elective medical interventions
- Participate in audit and educational initiatives
- Assist with administrative responsibilities to facilitate clinical operations
- Contribute to the Urology Cancer Multidisciplinary Team (MDT)
- Enhance clinical competencies and collaborate effectively within a team
- Meet clinical and quality performance objectives
- Adhere to established patient care protocols
