About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Tenon FM. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations across our sites, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service delivery and that our cleaning standards meet the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of cleaning staff across multiple sites, ensuring that they are working productively and safely.
  • Build effective relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
  • Conduct regular site cleaning audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions within a 48-hour period.
  • Support the recruitment and training of new employees, including site familiarization, cleaning regimes, and waste procedures.
  • Provide hands-on cleaning support across sites, responding to cleaning requests as required.
  • Manage equipment, materials, and stock levels, ensuring that our cleaning operations are well-resourced and efficient.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of cleaning policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Collaborate with the site management team to ensure that our cleaning services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional cleaning standards.
  • Hands-on experience of supervising a team of cleaning staff, with a focus on productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to use software to manage cleaning operations and report on performance.
  • Experience of audits and working with high standards, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance.
  • Ability to listen to and motivate employees, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work flexibly as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
