Job Summary:

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our boutique retail store, you will be responsible for leading a team to achieve the highest levels of sales and service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales assistants to drive retail sales and performance
  • Make commercial decisions that benefit the store and drive business growth
  • Manage the performance of all sales team members, providing coaching and development opportunities
  • Operate the store in a way that delivers exceptional customer service and drives sales
  • Recruit, induct and train new team members to focus on sales and adding value to the sales process
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of driving sales and business growth
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to make informed decisions that benefit the business
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
