We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to enhance our esteemed Security team.

As a Security Officer at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting and documenting necessary checks and patrols in accordance with FLHSS protocols.
  • Gathering witness statements and preparing incident reports.
  • Investigating, managing, and reporting all accidents and incidents.
  • Performing bag and locker inspections following company policies.
  • Acting as a vital member of the Emergency Response Team, addressing any FLHSS incidents swiftly and professionally.

In your role as a Security Officer, you will operate on a rotating shift schedule of 4 days on and 4 days off, working 12-hour shifts (8pm to 8am). Shift patterns will vary, including day and night shifts (weekends and bank holidays included), necessitating flexibility when required.

To excel as a Security Officer candidate, you should possess prior experience in a Security Officer or Supervisor role within a luxury hospitality environment, preferably in a medium-sized hotel. You will exhibit qualities such as discretion, dependability, and integrity.
