About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Japanese Language Secretary to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. As a Japanese Language Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our business divisions, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to business divisions, including settling expenses, arranging meetings, and event logistics.
- Coordinate with travel agents, hotels, restaurants, and vendors to negotiate corporate rates.
- Administer company Golf Club membership and activities.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management.
- Cover responsibilities of colleagues during absences or peak times.
- Assist with organizing events or supporting other department-specific tasks.
Requirements:
- Business level of Japanese and English.
- Experience in administrative support and diary management.
- Strong communication skills in English and Japanese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Effective relationship-building with internal teams and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
