Harvest Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Harvest Worker at our Hermitage site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with the processing of farm saved seed, driving to farms following our Mobile Seed Processing Plant, and ensuring the site and machinery are clean and safe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process farm saved seed on farm
  • Drive to farms following the Mobile Seed Processing Plant
  • Assist with setting up the processor
  • Check the quality of bags to be filled
  • Liaise with the operator to maintain good levels of stock
  • Ensure the site and machinery are clean and safe

Requirements:

  • No previous experience is required, but Agricultural, Engineering, or Grain handling experience is advantageous
  • A full UK driving license is required for this role
