Job Title: Seasonal Harvest Worker

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Seasonal Harvest Worker. As a key member of our mobile harvest team, you will be responsible for processing farm seed and assisting in the setup and maintenance of our Mobile Seed Processing Plant.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive to farms in a company van, following our Mobile Seed Processing Plant.
  • Process farm seed, ensuring high-quality bags.
  • Assist in setting up the processor and maintaining good levels of stock.
  • Liaise with the operator to ensure smooth operations.
  • Keep the site and machinery clean, tidy, and follow health and safety processes.
  • Establish good and safe working practices, providing excellent customer care.
Requirements:
  • No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
  • Any agricultural, engineering, or grain handling experience is advantageous.
  • A full UK driving licence is required for this role.

This is a seasonal role with an immediate start until early/mid-October. Our client offers an hourly rate of £11.44ph, with overtime paid at time and a half. Wages are paid on a weekly basis. Hours may vary depending on demand, but the standard hours are 07.00am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (40hrs basic). Any additional hours worked on weekends or after the 40-hour mark in the week will be paid at overtime rates.
