Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Life Safety Specialist to join our team at Rugby School Sports Centre. As a key member of our operational team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our swimmers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise swimmers and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Support the operational team in maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations, utilizing your attention to detail and quick thinking.
Requirements:
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
