Job Description

Job Title: Senior Stress Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Stress Engineer to join our team at Cyient. As a Senior Stress Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the analysis and design of aerospace structures, with a focus on composite materials and metallic stress analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis and design of aerospace structures, including composite materials and metallic stress analysis
  • Develop and implement detailed design and development plans for new components and assemblies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare drawings and engineering data for manufacturing
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and suppliers
  • Provide expert-level support for PDR activities, qualification, and production of composite and metallic components and assemblies

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in aerospace structures analysis and design
  • Expertise in composite materials, metallic stress analysis, and HyperSizer
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace materials, standards, and specifications
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
