As a Service Delivery Manager at Gallagher, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage, maintain, and control an assigned client base to guarantee client retention. You will be the key point of contact for customers, supporting the sales team with new business and renewals, and collaborating with operational managers and claims teams to deliver specific service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Gallagher with customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Support the sales team with new business and renewals, driving growth and revenue
- Collaborate with operational managers and claims teams to deliver service level agreements
- Oversee and complete key performance indicator packs, driving business performance
- Resolve customer queries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions
Requirements:
- High level knowledge of Third Party Administrators and associated insurance skills
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to deal with customers and individuals at a senior level
- Ability to work under pressure and without supervision
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
