For over 55 years, our organization has delivered secure, quality housing, along with exceptional support services to the most vulnerable members of society.

We provide individualized, supported accommodation across various regions, focusing on specialized support services for individuals aged 18 and over who are at risk of homelessness, as well as care leavers aged 16 to 21.

Your role will involve empowering residents with the knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to embark on their journey towards independent living, ensuring that a high standard of accommodation and service is consistently maintained.

Are you the ideal candidate for this position?

The following qualifications are essential for this role:

  • Strong interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient IT and Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in an administrative setting
  • Understanding of file management practices (both digital and physical)
  • Receptionist capabilities
  • NVQ Level 3 or higher in Administration or equivalent
  • Dedication to delivering a quality service
  • Awareness and understanding of safeguarding legislation

What will your responsibilities entail?

Your primary duties will include:

  • Executing effective Housing Management functions through both formal and informal communication methods
  • Performing general front desk and reception tasks
  • Supporting residents in achieving their desired goals and outcomes
  • Encouraging strong engagement with residents, promoting access to services offered by the organization and external partners
  • Collaborating with the project team to ensure high standards of accommodation are upheld
  • Facilitating effective collaboration, focusing on individual needs, utilizing relevant systems, and maintaining clear communication
  • For registered sites, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards, ensuring quality and consistency of service and property standards
