Wellbeing Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellbeing Support Worker to join our team at Oak Tree House. As a Wellbeing Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to lead fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement activity plans to promote residents' wellbeing and engagement
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide support as needed
  • Conduct regular wellbeing checks to identify and address residents' needs
  • Support residents in learning new skills, such as online shopping and computer skills
  • Establish relationships with local organizations to provide residents with access to resources and services
Requirements:
  • Ability to work alternate weekends
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect residents' autonomy
