Insight Investment is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager - Vendor Management to support the Head of Sourcing & Third-Party Management in developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, and serving as a key partner to the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Procurement Activities: Manage supplier sourcing, renewals, contract negotiation, and supplier onboarding, ensuring due diligence and compliance.
- Develop and Execute Procurement Strategies: Assist with developing and executing procurement strategies that support Insight's goals and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare Regular Reports: Prepare regular sourcing reports, dashboards, and spend analysis to senior management.
- Manage Key Supplier Relationships: Manage key supplier relationships, prepare, and establish NDA, MSA, SOW, pricelists, catalogues data, terminations, and other contracts in line with strategies.
- Review and Analyze Contracts: Independently review and analyze contract asks, effectively communicate requirements, and determine solutions and actions in response to contract asks.
- Advise on Contract Negotiation: Advise on contract negotiation improvements.
- Ensure SLAs: Ensure SLAs are in place with our suppliers of key high-value projects through internal governance and controls to completion.
- Communicate Contract-Related Information: Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders.
- Liaise with Legal and SMEs: Liaise with legal and other SMEs for the negotiation of agreements when required.
- Maintain Data and Documentation: Maintaining all data and documentation as required with a high degree of accuracy as evidenced by data quality tool reporting.
- Work with Data: Work with data to agree on sourcing strategies, cost modeling, and cost breakdowns.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
- Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Degree: Business, Procurement, Supply Chain degree or CIPS qualification preferred.
- Work Experience: Ideally 5 years of total work experience.
- Understanding of Procurement Processes: Understanding of procurement and sourcing processes and practices in the financial sector preferred.
- Project Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing large, complex projects and spend categories preferred.
