Challenge-trg Recruitment is collaborating with a leading global provider of temperature-sensitive logistics to find a skilled Inventory Control Associate to join their team in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for individuals with prior experience in administrative or inventory management roles who demonstrate reliability and commitment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems or SAP is advantageous, although comprehensive training will be provided.

Strong IT skills are essential, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational abilities and be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.

This position is situated in a dynamic office environment, thus we seek a collaborative team player eager to learn and grow within their role.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, and we encourage applications from candidates seeking a long-term, stable position.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stock administration, including data entry and stock allocation using the company's computerized inventory management system.
  • Assess stock levels and identify needs for replenishment.
  • Investigate discrepancies, inventory adjustments, and loss prevention issues.
  • Maintain the booking schedule.
  • Sign proof of deliveries and coordinate with drivers.
  • Scan documents and upload them to the system.
  • Handle telephone inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel as necessary.
  • Assist with new goods in/out booking requests, utilizing Outlook for scheduling.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 2:30pm
Pay Rate: £12.39 per hour, paid weekly in arrears. We are a Flexible Pay Employer offering Wagestream, a money management app that allows you to choose when to get paid, manage savings, access shopping discounts, and check benefits eligibility.

We also partner with the Company Shop, providing our staff with access to discounted groceries at up to 70% off the recommended retail price.

Transportation: The site is located in a rural area with no direct public transport routes; therefore, candidates must have their own transportation or reside locally.
