Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Officer to join our team at the National Trust. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will involve working closely with our Apprenticeship Manager to design, develop, and deliver high-quality apprenticeship programmes.
About the Role
As an Apprenticeship Officer, you will be responsible for managing external training providers, supporting the recruitment of new apprentices, and managing internal and external communication. You will also be responsible for data management, answering and resolving complex queries, and acting as a point of contact for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage external training providers to ensure high-quality delivery of apprenticeship programmes
- Support the recruitment of new apprentices and manage the onboarding process
- Manage internal and external communication to ensure effective programme delivery
- Manage data and reports to inform programme development and delivery
- Act as a point of contact for the business, providing expert advice and support
Requirements
- Experience of working in a related role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of apprenticeship programmes, including standards, principles of programme design, delivery, and assessment
- Understanding of legislation relating to apprenticeships and safeguarding
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to manage and interpret complex data, with a high level of accuracy
