  • Assist the Retail Manager with the daily operations of the store

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in coaching and enhancing team capabilities
  • Proven ability to lead teams towards strong commercial and customer outcomes
  • Experience managing store operations in the absence of the Retail Manager
  • Background in driving customer service excellence in a sales-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach

Desirable Skills:

  • Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies
  • Established skills in coaching and team development
