This is a site-based role offering a full relocation package to the North West.
We are seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee a COMAH manufacturing facility, in a fully autonomous position responsible for circa 140 employees.
Due to an upcoming retirement, we are seeking a Site Operations Manager to work closely with the Site Director to position the site for future growth.
An ideal applicant will be a Site / Operations Manager, with a good understanding of manufacturing practices, and excellent leadership abilities.
You will be seasoned in change management and have proven experience in driving continuous improvements.
You will come from a Chemical manufacturing, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas or similar background and have a full comprehension of COMAH principles.
The company have been established for over 100 years, turnover £2billion+ per annum, and are renowned for their development and retention of staff.
In this role you will oversee an established manufacturing operation with full responsibility for manufacturing, CapEx, Engineering, HR, & QHSE.
You will be working closely with a seasoned team and set business objectives to position the site for further growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee manufacturing strategies through to QHSE & HR.
- Responsible for a site of circa 140 people.
- Clear & defined route of progression into Site Director.
Requirements:
- Site / Operations Manager.
- Chemical Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical background (COMAH).
- Excellent leadership abilities and experience in change management.
