Focus Areas: Our emphasis is on enhancing the physical, mental, and emotional health of young individuals, guiding them towards making meaningful changes in their lives and contributing positively to their communities.

Program Offerings: We provide outdoor-based therapeutic programs along with family and community engagement sessions throughout the region. Our initiatives are designed to empower youth aged 7-25 and their families who encounter complex challenges.

Training and Development: We deliver high-quality training that equips individuals with personal experiences of mental health services, enabling educational institutions, workplaces, and community organizations to better support those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating peer support training sessions
  • Providing one-on-one mentoring for trainees
  • Co-leading therapeutic groups in community settings and natural environments
  • Conducting individual sessions for young individuals
  • Assisting in community events to raise awareness and engage in activities
  • Collaborating with schools and community organizations
  • Collecting testimonials, feedback, and preparing reports for stakeholders
