Job Title: Parcel/Letter Delivery Driver

About the Role:

At Total Employment, we are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parcel/Letter Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering parcels and letters to customers across the country, ensuring timely and efficient delivery while maintaining our high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver parcels and letters to customers on a dedicated route, using a vehicle or on foot, as required.
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries and communicate with customers as necessary.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery operations.
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements:

* Full UK driving licence, with no more than six points.
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
* Good level of fitness to meet the demands of the role, including walking and standing for long periods.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
