Key Purpose of Role


To achieve a high level of quality and consistency across all construction stages to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and business excellence.

To work in collaboration with other internal departments, including Health and Safety, Commercial, Technical, Customer Service, Site Management, Sales and HR, to drive business growth and improvement.

Work in collaboration with external partners, including warranty providers, registered landlords, contractors, and colleagues, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities


The successful Quality Assurance Manager will effectively improve the Construction function through a high level of quality and consistency across all construction stages through;

  1. Improving warranty provider CQR scores and enhancing business reputation.
  2. Lowering DPR rates and reducing costs associated with rework.
  3. Lowering RI scores and improving overall quality standards.
  4. Improve HQI pass scores and customer satisfaction ratings.
  5. Improve efficiency and effectiveness in construction processes.
  6. Improve build consistency and reduce variability.
  7. Minimise avoidable costs and optimize resource allocation.
  8. Drive quality from site through the business unit.


Requirements

Proven track record delivering a high level of quality within an inspection role within the house building industry, with a strong understanding of building standards and warranty provider requirements.

Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams to achieve high standards of work.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth and improvement.

Future-focused and able to drive change and innovation in the business.

Driving Licence essential for business travel.

Personal Attributes

Resilience and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.

Well-planned and organized, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Ability to develop good relationships and act with integrity, upholding the values of HARRON HOMES LIMITED.
