Role Overview
The Law Society is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Bicentennial Project Team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a once-in-a-lifetime celebration of the Law Society and the legal profession - past, present, and future.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the organisation and execution of the Society's flagship Bicentennial Presidential Tour engagements, including events of various sizes and complexities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive engagement strategy that aligns with the Society's goals and objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement throughout the project.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure seamless delivery of events and activities, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
• Proven experience in event management, project coordination, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
