About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Lead to join our team at With Intelligence. As a key member of our data team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data architectures, leading a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers, and ensuring the efficient processing and storage of large datasets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading
  • Create and manage data models and data warehousing solutions
  • Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to achieve data-driven goals
  • Utilize programming languages like Python, SQL for data processing tasks
  • Develop and deploy AI & ML pipelines alongside data scientists
  • Optimize data pipelines for performance and efficiency
  • Work closely with data scientists and analysts to support their data needs
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data engineering and designing scalable data architectures
  • Strong experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing
  • Expertise in database technologies, both relational and NoSQL
  • Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS
  • Solid understanding of data security measures and compliance standards
  • Excellent Python experience
  • Good understanding of IAC technologies and the DevOps environment
  • Collaborative skills to work closely with data scientists and analysts
