Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive health and safety training programs to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored training solutions.
  • Collaborate with our client portfolio to understand their specific health and safety requirements and develop training programs that meet their needs.
  • Deliver training sessions to delegates, ensuring that they receive the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their roles safely and effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to delegates after training, to ensure that they are able to apply their new skills and knowledge in the workplace.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in the health and safety field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality training services.
  • Appropriate training qualifications, such as a NEBOSH certificate or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work with an ability and willingness to travel to client sites across the UK.
  • Good computer skills, specifically MS Office applications.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary, up to £35,000 - £40,000 negotiable depending on experience.
