Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Retention Manager to join our team at Corecruitment International. As a key member of our Contract Catering division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic retention plans to secure client loyalty and drive long-term partnerships.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement retention strategies: Analyse client feedback and service performance to identify improvement opportunities and develop tailored plans to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiations: Proactively manage contract renewals and negotiations to secure client loyalty and drive revenue growth.
  • Client relationship management: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in client retention or account management, preferably within the contract catering or foodservice industry.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyse data and trends to drive strategic decisions and improve client satisfaction.
  • Customer-focused mindset: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients.
