We are seeking an experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team at EPH Creative, a leading event and theming supplier in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
- Handle client inquiries, deliver exceptional customer service, and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Achieve sales targets and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Process rental orders via our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Rental Management System (RMS).
- Follow up with clients after events and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet client needs and expectations.
- Re-engage with lapsed clients and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records and assist with team training.
- Attend trade and hospitality shows as required.
