Adult Community Specialist Speech Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will work with adults with acquired communication and swallowing disorders, providing specialist assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing difficulties in adults with neurological conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of speech and language therapy, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements- Postgraduate qualification in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field.
