Job Summary:

NurtureCare is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to support children and young adults with complex health needs in their homes. As a Children's Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to children and young adults with complex health needs, including chest management, moving and handling, and administering medication.
  • Assist with morning and night-time routines, including personal care, dressing, and washing.
  • Work collaboratively with our skilled training team to develop and implement care plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Level 2/Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and passionate about delivering high-quality care.
