Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate closely with the Site Engineering Team to support operations by executing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and addressing Reactive work orders throughout the facility.
Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ): Uphold the implementation of company protocols, adhere to safe working systems, and ensure that Risk Assessments and Toolbox talks are conducted as directed by the Supervisor.
Operational Planning: Assume daily responsibility for time management and productivity to reduce costs and enhance profitability for each assignment. Ensure timely completion of all PPM tasks while complying with current Health & Safety regulations.
Contract Management: Maintain daily communication with the Supervisor to ensure the seamless execution of individual PPM tasks. Foster a strong Health and Safety culture and promote teamwork consistently.
Be accountable for your time management on each task to minimize delays and ensure compliance. Operate within the financial constraints of each task and take responsibility for timely and cost-effective delivery.
Commercial Awareness: Comprehend the contract requirements and the significance of effective performance to mitigate risks.
Reporting Duties: Lead the effective use of the contract Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system. Ensure all tasks are accurately logged and closed, with actual time recorded. Include all necessary documentation, such as electronic notes and photographs, to validate completed checks. Provide updates and reports to the Supervisor and Contract Support teams as needed to demonstrate compliance with contract obligations. Assist in compiling data for monthly reports to the customer regarding operational, health and safety, and commercial matters.
Customer Engagement: Cultivate a strong customer-centric approach among all team members, ensuring timely communication in accordance with the escalation policy.
Team Development: Actively embody the company's vision and values to enhance team management, including performance improvement, recognition, and support.
Learning and Growth: Offer continuous support and development opportunities for the team, aligning with individual objectives as part of talent management.
Leadership Standards: Consistently demonstrate high standards of leadership, energy, and accountability, serving as a role model for the team.
Work Schedule
· Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
