About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Sustainability Manager to join our team at SharkNinja. As a key member of our ESG team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sustainability strategy and ensuring compliance with relevant environmental legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the data collection and reporting process for SharkNinja's global EPR responsibilities, including packaging, WEEE, and batteries.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to relevant teams to ensure compliance with EPR legislation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external consultants and compliance schemes.
  • Stay up-to-date with future global developments in EPR legislation and their impact on SharkNinja.
  • Support and deliver sustainable packaging projects.
  • Contribute to other ESG and sustainability initiatives, such as circularity and climate.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in sustainability, compliance, or business management.
  • Proficiency in handling large datasets in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to consolidate complex datasets and requirements into actionable insights.
  • Organized and methodical, with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Interest in ESG or sustainability.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Understanding of relevant legislation, including WEEE, batteries, and packaging.
  • Experience working within a large international organization.
  • Degree or professional qualification/membership in a relevant field.
