As a Lead Critical Care Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Offering clinical guidance and mentorship to junior nursing staff.
- Overseeing complex patient care as a bedside nurse.
- Leading the six-bedded critical care unit in the absence of senior nursing staff.
- Managing a diverse range of specialties, including Colorectal, Gynaecology, Thoracic, Vascular, Orthopaedics, Neuro & Spinal, and Acute Medicine.
- Maintaining clinical skills by working across various locations.
The Lead Critical Care Nurse position includes a comprehensive benefits package:
