Key Responsibilities:- Assist and support learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within a classroom environment.
- Execute tailored learning plans and strategies as instructed by the lead educator.
- Contribute to classroom management and provide behavioural support for SEN learners.
- Offer assistance with personal care needs when necessary.
- Experience in supporting SEN learners in an educational context.
- Solid understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Previous experience working with SEN learners in an educational environment is essential.
Knowledge and Skills:- Familiarity with SEN strategies and interventions.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Capability to work cooperatively with educators and other staff members.
- Additional training or certifications in specific areas of SEN support.
- Experience with a variety of SEN conditions.
- This is a temporary role with full-time hours.
- Engagement within a school setting.
- May include assisting with personal care needs of students.

All salary rates mentioned include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role in the future.
