Customer Account Planner Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Account Planner to join our team at Investigo. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for coordinating customer requirements, managing allocation tracking, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Co-ordinate customer requirements, including management of allocation tracking
  2. Manage customer backlogs to reduce line stoppage risks within both our customers and OEM factories
  3. Onboard new customer accounts and new plant sites
  4. Process customer forecast releases via demand planning tools and forecasting systems
  5. Review forecast accuracy and challenge customers on significant changes and anomalies
  6. Create forecast simulations to identify potential supply issues and proactively mitigate the risk
  7. Provide reports to the business on demand change

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need advanced Excel skills and experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or order processing. SAP experience is essential. You will also need excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
