A prominent and well-respected legal practice is on the lookout for a proficient Senior Real Estate Solicitor with over 10 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to enhance their dynamic conveyancing team.


About the Role

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to elevate your career by managing a diverse portfolio of both residential and commercial property transactions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a comprehensive and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, and equity transfers.
  • Handle intricate commercial property issues such as lease renewals, deeds of surrender, and business acquisitions.
  • Engage actively in business development initiatives and ensure seamless progression from instruction to completion.


Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in residential conveyancing, complemented by a solid grasp of commercial property law. You should be highly organized, adept at managing a busy workload, and exhibit excellent client-facing abilities. The capacity to prioritize effectively, work proactively, and maintain a high level of technical expertise is crucial. A disciplined, adaptable approach, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, is essential. Experience in business development and a proactive mindset towards expanding the firm's clientele would be advantageous.
